Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned
Partial COD & Shipping
For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Advance payment is collected online
Remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery
Courier partners may require customer availability for successful delivery
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned
Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer

Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears:

International Shipping
Currently, BongCrafts delivers only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
