2. Are all BongCrafts products handmade?
Yes. All products sold on BongCrafts are 100% handmade. Minor variations in color, size, or finish are natural and reflect true craftsmanship.
3. Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We offer pan-India delivery to all serviceable PIN codes using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecart, and Amazon Courier.

5. What is Partial Cash on Delivery?
Partial COD requires a small advance payment at checkout, with the remaining amount payable at the time of delivery. This helps confirm orders for handmade products.
6. How long does delivery take?

Metro cities: 3–4 business days
Other cities/towns: 4–5 business days
Remote areas: 4–8 business days
Custom or handmade items may take additional time.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch. Once dispatched or in production, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products. Due to the handmade nature of items, returns for personal preference are not accepted.

10. Are custom or personalized orders returnable?
No. Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.
11. Are the product images accurate?
Yes, but since products are handmade, slight variations may occur. Images are for reference and represent the overall design and style.
12. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We accept bulk and corporate gifting orders. Please contact us for pricing, customization, and timelines.
13. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details.
