Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
Cancellation requests must be sent via email with the Order ID
If a partial advance payment was made, it will be refunded after applicable deductions (if any)
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started
Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns only under specific conditions. 5 days conditional Return accepted.
Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged during transit
The product received is incorrect (wrong item)
Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Minor color, size, or texture variations (natural in handmade items)
Custom or personalized products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear images/videos of the issue
Mention your Order ID and contact details

Refund Policy
Approved Refunds
Once a return is approved:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 5 business days after approval
Bank or payment gateway delays may apply
Partial COD Refunds
The advance amount paid online will be refunded after deductions (if applicable)
COD handling or logistics charges (if any) are non-refundable
Replacement Policy
Where possible, we may offer:
A replacement instead of a refund
Replacement processing depends on product availability
- Replacement process under 5days from delivery date .
Replacement items are subject to the same quality and handmade variations.
Refunds for Failed or Duplicate Payments
If:
Payment is deducted but order is not confirmed
A duplicate payment occurs
The excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method as per gateway timelines.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
For approved returns due to damage or wrong product, return shipping may be covered by BongCrafts

All BongCrafts products are handcrafted
Slight variations in color, finish, or design are natural and expected
Such variations do not qualify as defects or damage
